It’s that time of year again. As we wrap up the year, we try to relax and enjoy the company of our friends and family even as the business year comes to close and we also prepare to ramp-up for the dawn of the new year. Technology continues to shape that dawn, our businesses processes, and our marketing objectives. So I’ve taken a look at those trends we’ll need for the coming year. This year I’ve focused on social networks, consumers, business, demographics, and the C-suite. My list of sources and considerations grew exponentially since completing the 2012 Social Media Trends Overview and I reasonably predict that a greater source of information and factors will continue for quite some time.
